Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse - $1,887 per week

About the role

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The position requires teamwork, strong clinical skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients in emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care efficiently using EPIC documentation system.
• Floate to other units as necessary based on patient care needs.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
• 1 year of experience in the Emergency Room setting is required.
• 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR is required.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CPI, PALS are required; TNCC is preferred.
• Previous charge experience is a plus.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
