About the role
The Agency is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Port Charlotte, Florida. The position offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and starts immediately.
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing electrophysiology procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist during the procedure
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient comfort
- Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records
Requirements
- Current State Licensure
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- Two (2) Current Clinical References
- Physical within 12 months
- TB Skin Test within 12 months
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella within 12 months
- Respiratory Fit Test within 12 months
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
Qualifications
Must be able to pass all required screenings and tests.
Skills
Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills are essential.
