Travel position in Hackensack, New Jersey for an Electrophysiology Technician.
Schedule
- 13-week assignment starting 09/07/2026
- 40 hours per week
- 10-hour day shifts: 11:00 AM–7:30 PM or 9:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Schedule options: 4 × 10s or 5 × 8s
- Weekends and holidays as needed
- On-call required
Responsibilities
- Perform electrophysiology procedures, intra-procedure mapping, and ablations
- Assist with pacemaker and implantable device procedures
- Apply sterile scrub technique
- Recognize cardiac arrhythmias
- Monitor hemodynamics
- Operate IABP and Impella/circulatory support devices
- Manage vascular access and sheath removal
Requirements
- Experience in Cath Lab / EP (strongest requirement)
- One of the following education credentials:
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist program
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program
- Associate's degree / AAS
- Certifications:
- AHA BLS (required)
- ACLS (required within 3 months of employment)
- RCIS exam through CCI or RT license (must pass within 1 year)
