Travel Electrophysiology Technician - $2,865 per week

Electrophysiology (EP) Technician position at a healthcare provider's facility in Austin, Texas. The role supports electrophysiology procedures in a dedicated EP laboratory, assisting with ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart procedures in a team‑oriented setting. Start date: 10/05/2026; duration: 13 weeks (through 01/04/2027).

Responsibilities

• Supporting electrophysiology procedures in a dedicated EP laboratory
• Assisting with ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart procedures
• Working with electrophysiology mapping systems (Carto, Abbott, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, and related equipment)
• Demonstrating cohesive teamwork and flexibility with daily changes
• Adhering to the facility dress code (blue scrubs)
• Potential float rotation as required

Requirements

• Certifications related to electrophysiology or cath lab experience
• Minimum of 1 year of cath lab or electrophysiology scrub experience
• Location flexibility
• Relevant healthcare background

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of scrub experience specifically in cath lab or EP lab
