About the role

American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position is part of a hospital contract and requires 40 hours per week, 10-hour days.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialized care to patients across various acute and subacute units.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.
  • Maintain patient conditions, administer treatments, and document outcomes accurately.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician.
  • Valid Electrophysiology Tech license.
  • Willingness to obtain Florida licensure if required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and equipment.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.

Pay

Pay Package

The pay package includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. It is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
