Travel Electrophysiology Tech - $3,016 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13‑week assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. The position starts 10/26/2026, requires 40 hours per week on 10‑hour day shifts, and is offered through a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency that provides travel healthcare professionals with Day 1 benefits, housing support, and career support.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the electrophysiology lab through technical support to the cardiac catheterization and EP team.
• Use imaging equipment to help the doctor detect and treat heart and blood vessel issues.
• Execute any noninvasive course of action.
• Review the patient’s history and verify the medical order.
• Evaluate images by checking quality and ensuring the area of interest is included.
• Be familiar with the differences between normal and abnormal images.
• Communicate image results to the doctor.
• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the EP lab.
• Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a patient‑focused environment of excellence, providing timely, compassionate care.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.

Requirements

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
