About the role
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract position in Salisbury, North Carolina. This role involves assisting providers in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in a combined lab environment, primarily focusing on interventional radiology (IR) with some cardiology.
Schedule
- Day shift: 5x8-Hour schedule from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel
- On-call duties required, with a minimum of seven days per month
Responsibilities
- Assist providers during interventional radiology and cardiology procedures
- Scrub and circulate in the IR/Cath Lab to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Monitor patient vitals and prepare patients for procedures
- Provide support in a fast-paced environment that includes urgent and emergent cardiology and IR cases
- Participate in on-call duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology; prior travel experience preferred but not required
- Must have IR experience, with 90% of cases being IR
- Certifications required: ACLS, BCLS, and ARRT or RCI
- Experience in performing EKG lead placement is preferred

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
