Travel Electrophysiology Tech - $2,770 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for an assignment in Salisbury, North Carolina. This role starts on August 31, 2026, and lasts 13 weeks with 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider while performing diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures.
• Scrub and circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures and cardiology procedures.
• Perform duties including but not limited to:
  • Accurate monitoring
  • Carotid Stenting
  • Catheter/drain exchange
  • Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab
  • Internal/external biliary drainage
  • Left heart catheterization
  • Mesenteric Angiogram
  • Paracentesis
  • Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram
  • Perform EKG lead placement
  • Renal Artery Stent Placement
  • Right heart catheterization
  • Room circulator
  • Scrub- maintain sterile field
  • Stent placement
  • Thoracentesis
  • Ureteral Stent Placement
  • Kyphoplasties
  • Biopsies
• On-call coverage on a weekly basis, Monday to Monday, every third week for STEMI and urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures. Must respond within 48 hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology.
• 90% of experience must be in IR.
• Skills: Scrub, Circulate, Telemetry.
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS.
• Licensure: North Carolina or Compact license (pending OK for submittal).
• Must complete all testing within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Skills: Perform EKG lead placement.
• Certifications: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS with Medical Experience.
