About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a contract position in Baltimore, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization and EP team.
- Use imaging equipment to help the doctor detect and treat heart and blood vessel issues.
- Review the patient's history and verify the medical order.
- Evaluate images by checking their quality and ensuring the area in question is included.
- Communicate the results of the image to the doctor.
- Assist physicians in performing various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Electrophysiology Lab.
- Maintain compliance with technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
- Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
- Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
Requirements
- Current License in good standing.
- Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
- Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Schedule
36 hours per week, 12 hours shift, days.
Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
