Travel Electrophysiology Lab RN - $3,014 per week

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in the Electrophysiology Lab (EP). This position will involve working four 10‑hour shifts, starting at either 6 AM or 7 AM. The role includes no call or weekend requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Electrophysiology Lab.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures in the EP lab.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and post‑op care.
• Float to other locations as necessary within the region.
• May be required to work 1‑2 of the 3 upcoming winter holidays unless the unit is closed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of current experience in Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, or Interventional Radiology/IR.
• Active Iowa nursing license or compact/multistate nursing license.
• ACLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Experience with EPIC CUPID electronic medical record system is preferred.
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus.

Schedule

Four 10‑hour shifts per week (40 hours total), with shifts starting at either 6 AM or 7 AM. No call or weekend requirements.
