About the role

The Electrophysiology Laboratory (EP Lab) RN position is based in Seattle, WA. This 30-week contract offers an excellent opportunity for qualified Registered Nurses with electrophysiology experience to contribute to a heart and vascular clinic. The role involves supporting various electrophysiology procedures and patient engagement in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Start time at 08:30 AM
• Minimum of 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Support various electrophysiology procedures
• Engage with patients in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Provide patient education, particularly around lifestyle and medication adherence
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Washington State RN license
• At least 2 years of experience working as an RN in an electrophysiology (EP) lab
• Experience with EP procedures and cardiac catheterization procedures
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GLP-1 therapies in atrial fibrillation management
• Experience in risk factor modification clinics or device clinics
• Strong patient education skills
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives

• Position is strictly for local candidates within a 50-mile radius of Seattle, WA
• Temp-to-perm employment is expected, with eventual permanent placement

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
