Department description

The Emergency Department provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of medical needs, from non-critical to emergent conditions, including urgent mental health support. All patients are welcome, whether they arrive by walk-in or emergency transport. Our dedicated staff is fully certified to handle critical cardiac and trauma cases, including pediatric emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
• Assess and triage patients with varying acuity levels
• Respond to critical cardiac and trauma cases
• Manage pediatric emergencies
• Deliver urgent mental health support

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• 1 year of experience required

Shift information

• Shifts vary; every other weekend is required
• Holiday coverage is mandatory
