Travel ED RN - $2,351 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department travel assignment in Stayton, Oregon.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients. The position requires 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions with decisive action.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
• Be knowledgeable about general and specific health issues relevant to emergency care.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
