Travel ED RN - $2,110 per week

About the role

Travel nurse RN position in the Emergency Department at a facility in Monroe, Louisiana. Start date: October 5, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel. Candidates must reside at least 65 miles from the facility and must not have been employed by any Ochsner facility in the past year.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
• Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12‑hour day shifts, three days per week (36 hours total).
