- Health and Safety Requirements: MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, Varicella, Tdap, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen; positive PPD requires Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire
