About the role
This is a 13-week contract position for an Emergency Department Registered Nurse. Schedule is day shift, 3x12-hour schedule from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer medications and manage intravenous (IV) therapies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department experience.
- Permanent experience in the specialty applying for is required.
- Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand at time of submission.
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
- TNCC certification is preferred.
- Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are mandatory for submission.
