Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations
- Prepare patients for examination
- Operate and maintain diagnostic medical equipment
- Document patient information accurately
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols
Requirements
- Current state-issued ECG certification
- Experience with echocardiography
- Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited medical sonography program
- Current registration as an Echo Technologist
