- BLS (Must be American Heart Association certified).
Job involves working in Cardio PACS and Athena EMR systems.
Office located at 3226A Hampton Ave, Brunswick, GA 31520.
- Current professional license with verification within 30 days prior to assignment start.
- Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics with minimum 80% passing score.
- Complete Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation.
- Provide Ascension Badge Photo (forward facing headshot with white or blue background).
- Documentation of health requirements including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B vaccination or declination, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella vaccination or immunity, Tdap valid within 10 years.
- Pass Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start and annually thereafter.
- Provide Ascension Profile (resume), two professional references, criminal background check results, EPLS check, education verification, confirmation of assignment, and employment verification.
- Complete Ascension Skills Checklist for specialty within one year of start and update annually.
Shift hours: 07:45 - 17:00 Monday through Thursday, 07:45 - 13:00 Friday.
Influenza vaccine is optional; if declined, mask wearing required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31).
Positive PPD requires negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire.
Driver's License/State ID must be current and match address on file.
Hiring Manager Evaluation and Name Change Document are optional.
