Travel Echo Technician - $2,831 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Echo Technician for a contract assignment in Little Rock, Arkansas. Start date: October 19, 2026; duration: 13 weeks; 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts. The role is with a top healthcare client in the Non‑Invasive Cardiology Lab.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of supervising physicians in the Non‑Invasive Cardiology Lab, prepare patients for examination and perform all 2‑dimensional echoes, M‑mode and Doppler studies.
• Prepare preliminary interpretations of those studies.
• Prepare and maintain records of echo studies.
• Assist supervising physicians with the training of residents, fellows, faculty and other physicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of multiple echocardiography platforms and technology.
• Read, interpret, apply, and follow physicians’ orders, policies, procedures, and written or verbal instructions.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac technology.
• Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac ultrasound.
• Interpretation skills to facilitate a comprehensive examination and an accurate preliminary interpretation.
• Successful completion of a cardiac echocardiography technology program (graduate of a cardiac echocardiography technology program).
