American Traveler is seeking a travel Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Technologist/Cardiac Sonographer) for a 13‑week assignment in Wichita Falls, Texas. The position starts October 19, 2026, requires 40 hours per week on 4×10‑hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform adult and pediatric echocardiography in an echo/cardiac sonography unit.
• Serve patient populations including adult acute care, adult outpatient, emergency department, ICU, pediatric acute care, and pediatric outpatient.
• Conduct pediatric echo studies evaluating anomalies such as aortic arch abnormalities, coarctation of the aorta, coronary artery anomalies, double outlet ventricle, hypoplastic heart syndrome, pulmonary venous return anomalies, tetralogy of Fallot, transposition of the great vessels, and tricuspid/pulmonary atresia.
• Perform adult echo studies including 2‑D, 3‑D, bubble study, color Doppler, contrast imaging, M‑mode, pharmac
