About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a position in Largo, Florida. The role is for an Echo/Vascular Technologist in a Cardiac Ultrasound department, requiring recent hands‑on experience and applicable state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiogram and vascular ultrasound studies.
• Work in the Cardiac Ultrasound department.
• Follow a weekend shift schedule (Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM).

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in echo/vascular technology.
• Active state license required if applicable.
• Current BLS certification accepted from AHA or ARC.
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start.
• Candidates must reside outside a 50‑mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Shift pattern: Days, 3×12‑hour shifts per week.
• Hours: 36 hours per week.
• Start date: October 6, 2026.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• Weekend shift schedule: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
