Position Details
Location: Peridot, AZ
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 4 days/week (Day Shift) + mid/evening coverage as needed
Requirements
- Active Registered Dietitian license
- BLS certification (required)
- 3 years of dietitian experience (preferred)
- Tribal healthcare experience (required)
- CDCES certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide nutrition care for inpatient and outpatient settings
- Support outpatient clinics including medical weight loss and diabetes management
- Conduct MNT consults as ordered by physicians
- Perform food service evaluations and develop menus as needed
- Accurately document patient care per facility and state standards
