Responsibilities
- Provide dietary consultation and meal planning services to patients and staff.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to established guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulations.
- Document patient meal plans and dietary needs in medical records.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Dietetic Technician in the state of Kentucky.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Qualifications
