About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Renal PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients with renal disease in a progressive care unit setting
- Assessment and documentation of patient conditions
- Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Documentation of patient progress and communication with family members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Vermont
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a progressive care unit preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
Skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Knowledge of renal care protocols

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
