American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week assignment in a hospital radiology ultrasound unit in Ontario, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic sonography procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Accurately document findings and procedures in the electronic health record.
• Adhere to infection control protocols.

Requirements

• RDMS certification required.
• Active Oregon state license required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital radiology ultrasound unit preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, 5 days a week.
