Travel Diagnostic Radiology Technologist - $2,391 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. The position requires 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and is open to candidates with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support
• Follow orders from physicians regarding imaging procedures
• Correctly position patients and adjust imaging equipment
• Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure
• Prepare results for physician review
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Use McKesson PACS system

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• ARRT (R) certification
• BLS certification
• State-specific licensing (when required)
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of experience (additional certifications may be required)

Skills

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty
