Travel Diagnostic Radiology Technologist - $2,366 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a diagnostic radiology position in Elizabethtown, KY.

Responsibilities

• Performs general X-rays, fluoroscopy, and specialized radiographic procedures
• Operates imaging equipment
• Applies ALARA radiation safety principles
• Reviews and documents images in the EMR or RIS
• Collaborates with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a JRCERT-accredited Radiology Technology Program
• Active ARRT certification
• Active Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy licensure (if applicable)
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

Prior experience in a hospital or medical imaging facility is preferred but not required.

Skills

Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques, equipment operation, and radiation safety practices.
