This position is based in the St. Louis area; candidates must live locally and will work from home during non‑travel weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to patients in Long‑Term Care Facilities, working with the DDS, clinical staff, and facility staff.
• Assist the DDS with treatment.
• Coordinate with clinical schedulers and nursing staff to ensure facility needs are met.
• Transport, set up, and take down equipment and supplies in the designated work space at each facility.
• Work with nursing home contacts to coordinate charts.
• Enter chart notes for treatment at the time of treatment.
• Maintain dental equipment through regular cleaning and maintenance routines.
• Inventory supplies and order as needed.
• Ship and receive denture cases from the lab on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 3‑5 years of clinical experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant.
• Valid Driver’s License with no moving violations in the last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel within a 3‑hour radius.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• X‑ray certification is required.

Schedule

Full‑time role requiring two weeks per month (Monday–Friday) of overnight travel; remaining weeks are worked locally.
