Travel Cytotechnologist - $2,353 per week

About the role

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Cytotechnologists for contract assignments at a partnering hospital in Albany, New York. This is a 13-week travel contract with the possibility to extend, working 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in cytotechnology, biology, or life sciences
• New York Cytotechnologist Certification
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare cellular specimens for analysis
• Perform microscopic examinations of cellular specimens and screen for abnormalities
• Collaborate and work closely with pathologists and other medical professionals

Pay

$2,130 – $2,353 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined). Weekly pay. Compensation depends on various factors including qualifications and experience.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. 13-week contract with possibility to extend.
