Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a travel nursing assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. The assignment lasts approximately 13.14 weeks, starting November 9, 2026, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide PCU/stepdown care for cardiac and vascular patients.
• Titrate intravenous drips (e.g., amiodarone, nitroglycerin, nicardipine, epinephrine, cardizem) and manage blood pressure medications.
• Read and interpret telemonitor strips.
• Manage intermediate care, downgraded CVICU patients, thoracic program support, EP, cath lab, structural heart cases.
