Travel CVOR Technologist - $3,027 per week

About the role

Travel CVOR Technologist position at LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA. Start date 10/19/2026, 13‑week assignment, 40 hours per week. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Main building at 1900 Electric Road, Salem, VA 24153. It has 2 OR suites, 6 staff (3 RNs, 3 CSTs), day‑shift only, 1:1 patient ratio, and uses Meditech EMR. Floating is limited to the OR, and the required attire is light‑blue scrubs (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform typical CVOR procedures including CABG, thoracotomy, endo AAA, valve replacement, and pacemaker implantation.
• Assist with scrubbing and maintain sterile field.
• Adhere to unit policies and equipment protocols.

Requirements

• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Documented CVOR technologist experience (mandatory).

Qualifications

• Prior scrubbing experience (preferred).
• Flexible, knowledgeable, self‑starter attitude.

Schedule
