Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of cardiac experience
• Prior travel experience required
• Certifications: NBSTSA and BLS required

Responsibilities

• Efficiently set up operative suite for patients
• Accountable for going through case carts to ensure all supplies are available
• Efficiently scrub surgical cases in a variety of specialties
• Turn over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day
• Support 3 cardiothoracic surgeons with approximately 50–60 cases per month
• Perform downtime tasks as needed (pulling case carts, cleaning, etc.)
• May be required to float to all Central Aspirus locations
