Travel CVOR Technologist - $2,329 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Start date: 10/12/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments and equipment, sterile drapes, and solutions.
• Assemble both sterile and non-sterile equipment, ensuring proper function.
• Prepare patients for surgery by cleaning, shaving, and ensuring aseptic incision sites.
• Assist the surgical team with sterile gown and glove application.
• Pass instruments and sterile supplies to surgeons during surgery and help count all surgical items.
• Assist in specimen collection and care while applying dressings as needed.
• Ensure all medications are prepared and labeled correctly for the surgical team.
• Contribute to cleanup and restock the operating room post‑surgery.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a surgical technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery‑Certified (TSC).
• Compliance with applicable PA and NY state laws regarding surgical technologists.
