Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent cardiovascular surgical tech experience
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• CST or CVOR‑specific certification preferred
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
• Current, valid, and active license and/or certification to practice as a surgical tech in the state of employment required
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor required (AHA preferred; may be required by some clients)
• Compliance with federal and state vaccination, vaccination offering, and disease screening requirements (requirements may vary by state/location)
• Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace

• Expertise assisting with open‑heart, vascular, and thoracic procedures
• Strong grasp of cardiovascular instrumentation and sterile technique
• Ability to anticipate surgeon needs in complex, time‑sensitive cases

Pay

Vibra Travels posts a real pay range based on current bill rates and reviews the exact compensation package before submission. The pay package for this role is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
