Responsibilities
- Scrubbing, circulating, and managing surgical instruments and supplies
- Accurately counting instruments and sponges
- Obtaining specimens
- Facilitating room turnover
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent recent surgical technician experience
- CPR certification
- At least 18 months of CVOR experience or clinical orientation focused on cardiac care
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CVOR instrumentation and procedures
