CVOR Tech position in Pomona, NJ at an acute care hospital (266 beds) using Cerner charting. Part of Surgical Services, 13‑week assignment starting 10/05/2026, day shift.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Certifications: BLS, CST
• Skills: CVOR, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Angioplasty/stenting, Atherectomy, Atrial Septal defect repair, Cardiomyoplasty, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Endovascular Aortic Repair (EVAR), Laparoscopic Cardiac Surgery, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (VAD), Fire Safety, Care of scopes & fiber optic equipment, Cell saver, Crash Cart, Electrosurgical units, Fiber optic light sources/cords, Aseptic Technique, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Radiation Safety, Sharps Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, Case Cart, Knowledge of decontamination and sterilization process and indicators, Equipment Documentation, Pressure Ulcer Prevention, Suture Removal, Wound Care/Dressing changes
