About the role

Aya is seeking a skilled CVOR Tech to join their Surgical Services team in Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment
• Ensure proper sterilization and cleaning of surgical instruments
• Support the surgical team during procedures as needed
• Follow hospital policies and procedures related to infection control and safety

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a surgical setting
• Current certification in CVOR Tech or equivalent
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
