About the role
This is a 13-week contract position requiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical expertise in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular specialties. The nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in specialty areas, including cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular units.
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and overall progress, documenting as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning and implementation.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-release care.
Requirements
- Valid RN license with substantial experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular nursing.
- A minimum of [insert years of experience required if known].
- Experience in floating to various units is desirable.
Qualifications
- Night Shift: 9 PM - 7:30 AM, with possible on-call requirements.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
