The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient services in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, responding to changes promptly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records using Epic charting software. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Qualifications Current Alaska RN License or pending license with a preference for those with an active license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. A minimum of 1 year of experience in CVOR nursing is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Work Schedule This position requires availability for 4x10-hour shifts, with days primarily scheduled from 07:00 to 17:00. The nurse may be required to be on-call during weekends, and float within the scope to meet facility needs.
