This position requires flexibility to float to clinically appropriate units as needed, adhering to the clinician’s scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in various settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Holiday coverage may be required.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR/BLS card.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Additional certifications may be required for specific departments, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS for Emergency Departments, ICUs, PCUs, Acute Rehabilitation Units, Medical/Surgical Units, Cardiac Services (including Cardiac Catheterization and Cardiac Care Decision Units), Recovery Rooms, and Procedure Rooms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing role.
