About the Role
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Martinsburg, West Virginia.
Assignment Details
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Hours: 36 hours per week, 12-hour rotating shifts
- Call Requirement: One night of call per week and one weekend of call per month, with a 30-minute response time
- Schedule: Shifts are open; clinicians should indicate their preference
Responsibilities
- Assist in various surgical procedures including cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
- Participate in surgical cases including CABG, valve repair/replacement, ECMO, and transplant procedures
- Assist with robotic, endoscopic, and open procedures in thoracic surgery
- Support vascular surgical interventions
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care during operations
- Adhere to hospital protocols and standards for safety and infection control
- Float within other services as needed
Requirements
- Extensive experience in cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgery
- No new travelers or clinicians without relevant experience will be considered
- Current BLS certification required
