Requirements
- Current Arizona RN license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Additional certifications related to the CVOR specialty
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience
- Primary residence located at least 50 miles from the facility
Schedule
- 10‑hour day shifts
- 40 hours per week (4×10 schedule)
- Shift hours: 07:30 – 17:30
