Travel CVOR RN - $2,699 per week

About the role

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel CVOR RN for a 13-week assignment in Carbondale, Illinois, starting September 14, 2026. This position offers 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform CVOR nursing duties in a clinically appropriate manner, adhering to scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies.
• Float to other units as needed, based on clinical appropriateness and competency.
• Work 8-hour shifts (0600-1430) in the CVOR with call requirements, as specified by the facility.

Requirements

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.

Qualifications

Specialty Certifications (Facility/Department-Specific):

• Emergency Departments: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS.
• Intensive Care Units: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS (Memorial Hospital of Carbondale prefers CSU-ALS).
• Progressive Care Units and Step Down ICU: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS.
• Acute Rehab and Medical Units: BLS and NIHSS.
• Birthing Centers and Mother Baby/Neonatal ICU: NRP.
• Oncology/Infusion Therapy Units: OCN/CTC, Infusion Therapy certification.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
