About the role
Arrow Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a job in Des Moines, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative care
- Ensure sterile technique throughout procedures
- Manage patient flow and equipment needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in operating room setting preferred
Qualifications
- Passing score on NCLEX-RN
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of surgical techniques and protocols

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 10 hour shifts, rotating schedule.
