We are urgently seeking a highly skilled OR RN for a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center. This 16-suite unit averages 35-50 cases per day, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with advanced technologies like DaVinci robotics and Stealth Neuro navigation across a wide variety of service lines.Contract Details:Target Start Date: 08/24/2026Shift: Day Shift, 4x10s (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with a rotating day off.Call Requirements: Includes overnight call and weekend call (Friday evening through Monday morning).Holidays: Must be willing to work 1-2 major summer holidays if the unit remains open.Requirements:Clinical Expertise: Strong circulating experience is required; the ability to both scrub and circulate is highly preferred. Must be comfortable with fast turnovers (under 20 minutes) and diverse cases including Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho Trauma, and Transplants.Systems: Previous experience with EPIC charting is required.Floating: You must be flexible and willing to float between the Iowa Methodist and Iowa Lutheran campuses.Radius & Eligibility Policy: The full travel rate requires candidates to live outside a 50-mile radius (a local rate is available).
