About the Role
ARMStaffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with specialized experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures for a 13-week travel contract position in Hudson, Florida. This role involves working within a Level II Trauma Center, focusing on delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the CVOR setting.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and adherence to established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and manage anesthesia during surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EMR systems.
- Assist surgeons and surgical staff during various cardiovascular procedures including CABG and valve replacements.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- 5+ years of experience in CVOR.
- Experience in the Main OR and willingness to float as needed.
- Knowledge of Meditech EMR preferred.
Schedule
- 13-week contract position.
- 40 hours per week.
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 8 hours, days.
