About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a 13-week assignment starting September 28, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists
- Manage anesthesia for complex surgeries
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during and after surgery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- CVOR certification
- At least one year of operating room experience
- BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience with advanced cardiac life support (ACLS)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Skills
- Proficient in operating room procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of postoperative care protocols

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
