About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Tech with a focus on Cardiovascular procedures to join our dynamic team in Tomball, TX. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in scrubbing cardiovascular surgeries and possess strong general surgical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scrubbing cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG, Mitral Valve replacements, and Fem Bypass.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgery.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams, including OR nurses and other surgical techs.
• Participate in the overall care of patients in the surgical environment.
• Be available for on-call coverage as needed for additional emergency cases.

Requirements

• Must have expertise in Cardiovascular surgical scrubbing.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Preferred Skills

• Cardiovascular, Orthopedic, or Robotic surgery scrub skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
