Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate license
• At least 3 years of recent operating room nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically EPIC
