About the Role
AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Memphis, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery at the facility, which features a collaborative surgical team and advanced cardiac services
- Assist in complex procedures, monitor patients, and maintain strict sterile techniques throughout the surgical process
Requirements
- Active Tennessee RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of OR experience
- SSN required
- RN Compact accepted
Qualifications
- At least two years of recent cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) or operating room nursing experience is preferred
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is important
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in high-acuity surgical settings
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $1970.00 - $2071.00
- Start Date: 9/8/2026
- Duration: 12 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10 hours, days
